ID is a service that allows you to create credentials for authentication to access online services. To create a ID, the user must indicate an email address and a password.
If you already manage products and services through the Customer Private Area or access other site (s) and application(s) by MEO, Altice Empresas, and MOCHE, you can use the same email address and password, so you don’t need to create a account again. Sign in with your email and password in https://login.telecom.pt/?lang=en-US. In PROFILE, you can consult or edit your personal and/or access information, such as name, email address, password, PIN and mobile phone number. Remember that every time you edit your username and/or password, all sites and applications with the same account will only recognize the new information
The PIN code is a 4 digit code defined for you.
The PIN can be used, instead of the username or password, in equipments where it is harder to enter that information (such as a television).
