ID is a service that allows you to create credentials for authentication to access online services. To create a ID, the user must indicate an email address and a password.

If you already manage products and services through the Customer Private Area or access other site (s) and application(s) by MEO, MEO Empresas, and MOCHE, you can use the same email address and password, so you don’t need to create a account again.

Yes. That is the only way we can ensure your email is correctly registered, and that we can get in touch with you if necessary.
It is therefore required that you confirm your email. After registering you will receive a link to confirm it.
If after 3 days you have not confirmed your email, the access will be blocked for security reasons. Once you confirm it, it becomes available again.
To avoid confusion we suggest you confirm your email right after you finish your registration.

1. In the register page, press “SAPO Login” (in the register option);
2. In the ID page, press “SAPO Login” option to sign in.

In https://login.telecom.pt/?lang=en-US:

1. Choose the option “I forgot my password”.
2. Sign in your email username.
3. Enter the security text.
4. Click in “continue”.

You will receive a recovery email with a link. Click on it and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Every time you edit username and/or password all sites and applications with the same account will only recognize the new information.

In PROFILE, you can consult or edit your personal and/or access information, such as name, email address, password, PIN and mobile phone number.
